Casa Ardizzoni is a new, charming Bed and Breakfast

It is next to the Trade Fair Centre, just a walk from the Railway Station and only 5 bus stops from the heart of Bologna: le due Torri.
It is out of the ZTL (Bologna restricted areas) so that you can arrive by car and book our outside private parking.
From here you will reach very easily the hospital of the town Villa Erbosa.

Casa Ardizzoni B&B is a charming apartament at the ground floor in a Bologna little building of the 1940, with private entrance at the back.
We have just restored the whole apartament
in order to host you in our quiet corner.
Our charming B&B will make you appreciate the warmth and taste of Italian hospitality.
In our B&b there are three exclusive bedrooms with private bathroom equipped with air-conditioning and heating individually controlled,
TV, free Wi-Fi , hairdryer and courtesy kit.
One bedroom and its bathroom are projected also for wheelchair moreover at the main entrance there is a particular lift.
You will have your breakfast, not included in the price, in the coffee bar down the street.
Whereas in our quiet living room you can use fridge, electric kettle, tea set and teapot in order to have free tea, tisane or coffee.
